Bygglov för två nya logistikcentraler i Malmö

Vi har medverkat i två projekt för utvecklaren MG Real Estate och teknikkonsult-företaget MOE A/S. Projekten består av logistikcentraler i Norra Hamnen i Malmö. Båda projekten har nu beviljats bygglov.

Byggnaderna innehåller såväl lager som kontor och är på ca 18.000 kvm respektive 45.000 kvm BTA.

MG Real Estate utvecklar projekt för kommersiella fastigheter inom logistik, handel, kontor och bostäder inom flera länder i Europa.

Building permission for two logistics centers

We have assisted the developer MG Real Estate and the technical consultant company MOE A/S with building permissions for two large logistic centers in the Northern Harbor of Malmö. Both projects have recently been approved by the city.

The two buildings contain large werehouse areas and office spaces. They will cover an area of 18.000 sqm as well as 45.000 sqm.

MG Real Estate is a developer of logistic centres, offices, residential and retail who works in several European countries.
